Now in its tenth year, i-to-i is an organisation providing opportunities to volunteer and work abroad, and training for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). All projects are fully researched and supported by staff across the globe giving all volunteers, ages 18-80 a painless and unforgettable volunteer travel experience.

Gap Year Case Study:
Phillippa Hendry , Lion Park & Pengiun Sanctuary, South Africa
When I did not get the grades I needed to study English, I decided to defer, work, travel and volunteer, before going to study History of Art the following year. I chose to travel to South Africa because my mother had recommended it, and I chose the i-to-i project at the Lion Park and the Penguin Sanctuary because they are such unusual and exotic animals.
